Payments made by credit or debit card are directed to a secure ePDQ Barclaycard payment site

Privacy Policy

We do not share customer details with any third parties

Returns/cancellations

Any damaged good delivered (deemed unsuitabe for use) or an incorrect delivery, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

A replacement item will be provided and the damaged goods or incorrect delivery returned

Goods can not be returned once opened

A cancellation of order can be made at anytime prior to dispatch with a refund provided

Refund

If the item you have purchased on-line is out of stock, we will either offer an alternative product or a refund

Delivery Charges

Carriage is free of charge for orders over £65.00 (UK mainland only) to same address only

Carriage charge for orders under £65.00 (UK mainland only) will be £5.95 per order to same address only

Goods will not be left unless signed for.  A re-delivery charge may be payable in this instance

For deliveries outside UK mainland please ask for a quote

Delivery dates are provided as guidance only

No collections can be made
